Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out enzyme assisted ultrasonic extraction on catharanthine from Catharanthus roseus, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the above obtained extract liquid; 2, carrying out complexometric extraction on the obtained concentrate by using an extraction system formed by D2EHPA used as a complexing agent and petroleum ether used as a diluent to obtain a catharanthine-rich extract liquid; 3, carrying out back extraction by using dilute hydrochloric acid to obtain crude catharanthine; and 4, purifying the crude catharanthine.
