Abstract

The invention relates to a grounding protection device of a substation, and aims at solving the problems that the service lifetime of a grounding protection network is not up to standard and the grounding effect is poor in the prior art. The grounding protection device comprises grounding profiles which are distributed along the latitude and longitude to form a mesh grounding network; through holes are arranged in the grounding profiles to connect secondary grounding pipelines; and bumps and concave edges are arranged on the surfaces of the grounding profiles and are in smooth transition. The grounding protection device has the beneficial effects that: (1) on one hand, large contact area is ensured by the bumps and the concave edges in smooth transition and the grounding effect is good, and on the other hand, stress concentration is avoided by the relatively smooth surface to prolong the service lifetime; (2) the compactness of surrounding soil during embedding can be ensured by the design of the grounding network to reduce the corrosion rate; and (3) the grounding effect is ensured through bipolar grounding and the grounding protection device still has a relatively secure grounding effect after being corroded by the soil for a long period of time.
