Abstract

The invention relates to an on-load tap changer voltage regulating device, system and method for a distribution transformer. The voltage regulating device comprises an upper shell, a switch tube pole base plate, a high voltage cable combined socket, a high voltage cable combined plug, a current transformer and a permanent magnet switch; the upper shell is fixedly connected right above the switch tube pole base plate through a bolt; the high voltage cable combined plug is fixedly connected on the upper shell through the high voltage cable combined socket; the high voltage cable combined plug is used for connecting a high voltage cable; and the current transformer and the permanent magnet switch are fixedly connected on the switch tube pole base plate. The on-load tap changer voltage regulating device provided by the invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, few in action parts, high in reliability and long in working life. The system adds the circulation control of a monostable permanent magnet switch, a zero-crossing detection unit and a current limiting resistor, and automatically controls transition of an excitation tap of the distribution transformer to complete on-load voltage regulation of the distribution transformer, so that a voltage regulating process is fast and non-impact.
