Problems solved by technology

Due to the advantages of no air pollution, low noise, wide source of electric energy, high energy utilization rate, less heat radiation, and convenient use and maintenance, electric drive vehicles have attracted widespread attention in their promotion and technology development, and have achieved great results. Successful, but many problems remain
One of the important problems is that the performance of the motor is not ideal enough to meet the speed range and torque range required for vehicle operation at the same time. Therefore, it is also necessary to use the transmission mechanism to achieve the high speed and high torque output of the vehicle.

Embodiment Construction

[0219] In order to make the purpose, content and advantages of the present invention clearer, the specific implementation manners of the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0220] The invention provides a general analysis method for the power flow of the speed change mechanism of an electric drive vehicle; since the electric drive vehicle mainly relies on the speed regulation capability of the motor to realize a wide range of vehicle speed changes, the number of planetary rows and the gear positions in the speed change mechanism are relatively small. The patent of the present invention provides a power flow analysis method for a two-degree-of-freedom transmission mechanism composed of one or two planetary rows, or a planetary transmission mechanism with only one gear. Utilizing the analysis method proposed by the invention can efficiently and conveniently perform programmed rotational speed...

Abstract

The invention relates to an analytical method for power circulation of an electric drive vehicle speed change mechanism. The method comprises the steps that parameters of the speed change mechanism are defined; a coefficient matrix of a rotational speed analysis equation of the speed change mechanism is constructed; rotational speed vectors of all stressed ends, except operation parts, relative to the input end are acquired; a structural description matrix of the speed change mechanism and the rotational speed vectors are utilized for generating a rotational speed matrix; a coefficient matrix of a torque analysis equation of the speed change mechanism is constructed; the torque analysis equation of the speed change mechanism is subjected to torque analysis, and torque vectors of all the stressed ends relative to the input end are acquired; a torque matrix is generated; the rotational speed matrix and the torque matrix are utilized for generating a power matrix; a power flow graph of the speed change mechanism is drawn. Through the analytical method, rotational speed analysis, torque analysis and power flow analysis of any speed change mechanism can be carried out in a programmed mode, and design efficiency is effectively improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of hybrid vehicles, and in particular relates to a general analysis method for the power flow of a transmission mechanism of an electric drive vehicle. Background technique [0002] With the increasing production and ownership of automobiles in the world, the environmental pollution caused by internal combustion engine vehicles, the urgent supply and demand of global oil resources, and the energy crisis have forced countries all over the world to actively seek new energy vehicles. Due to the advantages of no air pollution, low noise, wide source of electric energy, high energy utilization rate, less heat radiation, and convenient use and maintenance, electric vehicles have attracted widespread attention in their promotion and technology development, and have achieved great results. It was successful, but there are still many problems that have not been solved. One of the important problems is that the perfo...
