Hydraulic columns and a hydraulic pump are arranged at the bottom of the sand box. The hydraulic lifting columns are used for overturning the sand box, corresponding procedures can be finished on the supporting frames without swinging of a traveling crane in the overturning process, the overturning process is stable, controllable and safe, the quality of a sand mould is guaranteed, and accordingly the quality of a casting is ensured.
