Abstract

The processing equipment comprises a combined tool; one end of the combined tool is fixedly arranged on a tool limiting plate through a bearing; a guide pin is arranged between the tool limiting plate and a processing limiting plate; the other end of the combined tool penetrates through the tool limiting plate and then is connected with a shaft coupler; and the other end of the shaft coupler is connected with a motor mounting plate. According to the processing equipment disclosed by the invention, a motor is utilized to drive a movable cutter shaft and a circular-disc milling cutter to rotate, so that processing for small bugles of the injection molded parts is carried out. By selecting proper rotation speed of the motor, the injection molded parts can be processed with high quality and high efficiency. The combined tool adopted by the processing equipment is a detachable combined structure, and can realize processing injection molded parts of different dimensions by replacing sleeves with different lengths. Besides, a mechanical processing mode is adopted to a manual processing mode, so that four injection molded parts can be processed once, and therefore, processing speed is high, and processing efficiency is greatly improved in comparison with that of a manual cutting method.
