The extension type interior and exterior clamping device comprises a positioning bolt, a positioning clamping plate, a check block, a shaft pin, a sleeve and a supporting seat, wherein the positioning clamping plate is sleeved in the sleeve; the shaft pin is inserted into the inner chamber of the positioning clamping plate; the check block is mounted at the tail end of the shaft pin; the overall device is mounted on the supporting seat.
