Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of mushroom and fungus cultivation, and particularly relates to a composition for hedgehog hydnum cultivation and a usage method thereof. The composition comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of lentinula edodes substrates, 40-60 parts of cottonseed hulls, 6-10 parts of wheat bran and 1-3 parts of plaster; the lentinula edodes substrates are abandoned mushroom sticks after four batches of mushroom harvests from the cultivation in a culture medium. The culture medium comprises, by mass, 70-90 parts of apple tree branch dust, 8-28 parts of bran, 0.5-2 parts of lime and 0.5-2 parts of plaster. Compared with the prior art, the composition has a much lower cost and good ecological benefits. The composition achieves the reuse of lentinula edodes sticks, enhances the utilization rate of resources, and reduces the environmental pollution caused by burning or abandoning lentinula edodes sticks.
