The invention relates to a concrete filled steel tubular temporary consolidation
system of a cast-in-
cantilever beam. The concrete filled steel tubular temporary consolidation
system of the cast-in-
cantilever beam comprises a support
steel tube, H-shaped steel, concrete and a finish rolling deformed
steel bar, wherein the support
steel tube is connected with the pre-embedded finish rolling deformed
steel bar through a
flange, the concrete is poured into the support
steel tube, one end of the H-shaped steel penetrates through the support steel tube and is welded with a
pier stub
pier top embedded part and serves as a wall sustaining measure and a box beam
initial segment cast-in-situ support, and the support steel tube and the box beam are stretched and connected into a consolidation
system through the finish rolling deformed
steel bar. The concrete filled steel tubular temporary consolidation system of the cast-in-
cantilever beam is a temporary consolidation system which is used for symmetrically pouring of a continuous box beam cantilever and bearing unbalanced moment in a construction process, is especially suitable for such
adverse conditions as large box beam span, heavy
hanging basket and other temporary load, difficult control of deformation and large unbalanced
bending moment.
