Abstract

The invention discloses a single-cavity substrate integrated waveguide multi-transmission-zero-point filter. The single-cavity substrate integrated waveguide multi-transmission-zero-point filter comprises a top surface metal layer, a middle dielectric plate and a bottom surface metal layer which are stacked in sequence, wherein the top surface metal layer is provided with an input microstrip line, an output microstrip line, a dual-mode microstrip resonator, an interdigital type slot line and a vertical slot line; the vertical slot line is arranged in the vertical center line direction of the top surface metal layer; the dual-mode microstrip resonator is connected with one end of the vertical slot line; the interdigital type slot line and the vertical slot line are arranged in a crossed manner; metalized via holes are also formed in the middle dielectric plate; a substrate integrated waveguide cavity is formed between the middle dielectric plate and the top surface metal layer; and the top surface metal layer is used for obtaining at least four transmission zero points from high and low sidebands. By adoption of the single-cavity substrate integrated waveguide multi-transmission-zero-point filter, specific coupling topology is realized by only loading the microstrip resonator on the basis of not enlarging the area of an original circuit; and in addition, at least four transmission zero points are obtained from the high and low sidebands, so that the frequency selectivity is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of frequency selective components in the field of wireless mobile communication, in particular to a single-cavity substrate integrated waveguide multi-transmission zero-point filter. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of mobile communication and satellite communication, higher requirements are put forward for microwave integrated circuits. Highly reliable equipment requires microwave integrated circuits to minimize the area occupied by the circuit while meeting the electrical performance indicators. [0003] Nowadays, with the development of communication technology, frequency resources are becoming increasingly tight. Due to the non-renewability of spectrum resources, the role of filters is even more critical. In modern microwave communication systems, especially in satellite communication and mobile communication systems, there is an increasing demand for narrowband bandpass filters with high ...
