Abstract

The invention relates to a method and device for rapidly determining the effective porosity of ecological porous concrete. The device comprises a water storage container provided with a water draining pipe, a water injection container provided with a water injection catheter, an extruding and pushing device and a water measuring device. During a determination experiment, a concrete test piece is placed in the water storage container, the extruding and pushing device is used for extruding water in the water injection container from the water injection catheter and injecting the water into the concrete test piece, and the water measuring device is used for collecting water overflowing from the water draining pipe during the determination experiment. Volume of the water is utilized for equivalently replacing the effective pore volume of porous concrete, namely that the water is slowly extruded to the interior of a test mould by virtue of the extruding and pushing device; and when the water level in the test mould is flushed with the top of the test mould, the volume of the water inside the test mould is namely the effective pore volume of the concrete.
