Embodiment 1

[0047] Take 10g of silica gel (W.R.Grece&Co.–Com 955, the pore volume is about 1.1-1.8cm 3 / g, the surface area is about 245-375m 2 / g) Dry at 200° C. for 4 hours under nitrogen fluidization. Add 0.5 g of bis(triphenylsilyl) chromate into the reactor fully replaced with anhydrous and oxygen-free nitrogen, then add 300 ml of hexane, stir at room temperature to completely dissolve the solid to form a solution. Add 10g of dried silica gel to the above solution, and after stirring, add 2ml (1.3M) diethylethoxyaluminum hexane solution, stir at room temperature for 1 hour, and then add 2.4mmol of 4,4'-di (4,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)biphenyl, stirred at room temperature for 1 hour, and then removed the solvent to obtain a chromium-containing catalyst component. The polymerization evaluation results of the catalysts are listed in Table 1.

Embodiment 2

[0049] Take 10g of silica gel (W.R.Grece&Co.–Com 955, the pore volume is about 1.1-1.8cm 3 / g, the surface area is about 245-375m 2 / g) Dry at 200° C. for 4 hours under nitrogen fluidization. Add 0.5 g of bis(triphenylsilyl) chromate into the reactor fully replaced with anhydrous and oxygen-free nitrogen, then add 300 ml of hexane, stir at room temperature to completely dissolve the solid to form a solution. Add 10 g of dried silica gel to the above solution, and then add 2.4 mmol of 4,4'-bis(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborol after stirring) Alkyl-2-yl)biphenyl, after stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, add 2ml (1.3M) of a hexane solution of diethylethoxyaluminum, after stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, remove the solvent to obtain a chromium-containing catalyst component. The polymerization evaluation results of the catalysts are listed in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0051] Take 10g of silica gel (W.R.Grece&Co.–Com 955, the pore volume is about 1.1-1.8cm 3 / g, the surface area is about 245-375m 2 / g) Dry at 200° C. for 4 hours under nitrogen fluidization. Add 0.5 g of bis(triphenylsilyl) chromate into the reactor fully replaced with anhydrous and oxygen-free nitrogen, then add 300 ml of hexane, stir at room temperature to completely dissolve the solid to form a solution. Add 10 g of dried silica gel to the above solution, and simultaneously add 2 ml (1.3 M) diethylethoxyaluminum hexane solution and 2.4 mmol of 4,4'-bis(4,4,5,5 -tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)biphenyl, after stirring at room temperature for 2 hours, the solvent was removed to obtain a chromium-containing catalyst component. The polymerization evaluation results of the catalysts are listed in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention provides a catalyst component used for ethylene polymerization, which comprises a chromium compound, an organic aluminum compound and an organic boron compound loaded on a carrier, and the organic boron compound contains a B-R0-B structure. The invention also provides a preparation method of the catalyst component, and an ethylene polymerization catalyst based on the catalyst component, the catalyst has good polymerization activity when used for ethylene homopolymerization or ethylene and alpha-alkene copolymerization, and can obtain the polyethylene with wide molecular weight distribution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a supported chromium series catalyst component, a preparation method of the catalyst component and its application in ethylene polymerization. Background technique [0002] Ethylene polymers have been widely used as various articles, and ethylene polymers are required to have different properties depending on processing methods and purposes. For example, polymers with lower molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions are suitable for articles made into films by injection molding. On the other hand, polymers with higher molecular weight and broad molecular weight distribution are suitable for articles made into films by blown or air-filled film processes. Medium to high molecular weight polyethylenes with sufficient strength and good processability are required in many applications such as pipe applications. [0003] Ethylene polymers with a broad molecular weight distribution can be prepared using chromium-bas...
