The realization method comprises the following steps: a, acquiring heart rate data and calculating a heart rate value; b, judging whether the heart rate value is normal or not; if the heart rate value is normal, entering the next step; otherwise, repeating the step a; c, recording time positions of a wave crest and a wave trough of a heart rate; d, pre-judging time positions of the next wave crest and wave trough; e, judging whether the pre-judged time positions of the wave crest and wave trough are in a certain range of the time positions of the wave crest and wave trough of the recorded heart rate or not; if the pre-judged time positions of the wave crest and wave trough are in a certain range of the time positions of the wave crest and wave trough of the recorded heart rate, entering the next step; otherwise, repeating the step a; f, adjusting the resistance of a digital potentiometer so as to adjust the size of current of a laser diode; and g, laser flickering along the heartbeat.
