Abstract

The invention discloses a regional ecological culture planning system comprising an information collection module, a storage module, a transmission module, and an ecological culture planning module. The information collection module collects information in a designated region by a remote sensing technology and carries out digital processing on spatial information by using R2V software, thereby obtaining data. The storage module is used for storing the data collected by the information collection module. The transmission module is used for receiving the data collected by the information collection module and transmitting the data to the storage module. The ecological culture planning module is used for inquiring and invoking the data of the storage module and establishing a regional ecological culture planning frame. The transmission module consists of an encryption unit and a decryption unit; and the encryption unit and the decryption unit carry out encryption and decryption on transmitted original data.
