Abstract

The invention discloses a wide frequency band microwave measurement method. The wide frequency band microwave measurement method utilizes double-frequency signals to generate a synthesis sample, uses a genetic algorithm to search the optimal sample distribution, and then performs optimization calibration on a W plane and an error box. For the wide frequency band microwave measurement method, the sample synthesis technology is used, thus being conductive to usage of the value optimization technology, and improving the measurement accuracy of a six-port system; a minimum mean square deviation optimization method is used to determine the estimated initial value, thus being conductive to accurate solution of calibration parameters; the genetic optimization algorithm is used to search the optimal sample combination, thus achieving the aim of maximally reducing the calibration error; and a sub-band method is used, thus being conductive to implementation of ultra wide band measurement. The invention provides a strong functional wide frequency band calibration method for measurement of microwave parameters, being high in measurement accuracy. The wide frequency band microwave measurement method is suitable for low cost on-line measurement and real-time monitoring of microwave parameters, and is suitable for a digital receiver in a low cost communication system, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to microwave measurement, in particular to a wide-band microwave measurement calibration method. Background technique [0002] At present, with the wide application of microwave energy and radio communication, real-time monitoring of microwave power, frequency and load conditions is required in some applications and environments. These monitoring are usually carried out through oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters and frequency meters, etc. These microwave measuring instruments are often expensive, which greatly increases the operating cost and restricts the practical application. [0003] Six-port technology is an advanced network parameter testing technology developed in recent years. It is mainly composed of some passive coupling structures and power detectors. It adopts the concept of amplitude measurement instead of phase measurement, and can measure parameters such as complex reflection coefficient, port power an...
