The emulsion is prepared from, by mass, 1-2% of acrylonitrile, 20-30% of butyl acrylate, 10-20% of ethyl acrylate, 3-5% of acrylic acid, 4-6% of itaconic acid, 0.1-0.5% of silane, 0.5-5% of diacetone acrylamide, 0.2-10% of ADH, 0.1-0.5% of sodium persulfate, 2-5% of a surface active agent and 45-55% of water. The artificial leather prepared from the emulsion generates no harmful volatile matter and has the higher environment-friendly property; meanwhile, compared with existing artificial leather, the manufacturing cost of the artificial leather is lower, so that the artificial leather prepared from the emulsion has the higher market competiveness.
