Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of: distributing at least one group of byte bits in an eFuse module memory; writing a numbering field related to a startup way into at least one distributed group of byte bits; when a SoC is started, reading the numbering field in the eFuse module through a BOOT ROM (Read Only Memory); and according to the numbering field, selecting a corresponding starting item to carry out execution. The invention also puts forward a SoC startup device based on the eFuse module. The SoC startup device comprises a distribution module, a flashing module, an eFuse reading module and a startup execution module.
