Abstract

The stirring rotating speed control method is suitable for the KR molten iron pre-desulfurization process control technology. By adoption of the method, the reasonable rotating speed for meeting desulfurization requirements in each time of heat and capable of guaranteeing stable stirring can be calculated in the whole service cycle of a stirring head; and by setting acceleration control parameters in the whole service cycle of the stirring head, the smelting stirring acceleration process can be conducted stably and safely. The stirring rotting speed control method in the KR desulfurization smelting process has the advantages that the stirring control process in the whole service cycle of the stirring head can be standardized, the probability of iron throwing and current overloading in the smelting process can be lowered, and meanwhile, the labor intensity of operators can be remarkably relieved.
