Abstract

The invention discloses a pile-forming method for a drilling cast-in-place pile. An existing steel reinforcement cage is replaced by a steel pipe, and commercial concrete is replaced by crushed stones and cement paste. Firstly, punching is conducted by means of a driller, and after a designed elevation is reached, clearing actions are conducted. Then, the hollow steel pipe(small holes are drilled in the surface of the steel pipe) is placed downward. After the steel pipe is placed, the outer portion and the inner portion of the steel pipe are covered with graded crushed stones, and meanwhile a grouting pipe is downward placed inside the steel pipe; after the whole pile is fully filled with the crushed stones, the cement paste is started to be injected in a high-pressure mode; and after the pile is filled with the cement paste, pile forming is finished. According to the pile-forming method for the drilling cast-in-place pile, the phenomena that the steel reinforcement cage may separate and deviate, and the concrete may segregate in the process of construction are avoid. In addition, the pile-forming method has the advantages that the method is simple, the structure is solid, construction cost is not high, and the method is suitable for being applied and popularized in related technical fields.
