Abstract

The device is composed of a rotation assembly, a piezoelectric assembly and a diversion assembly. The rotation assembly is responsible for achieving the rotation function of the whole device. The piezoelectric assembly and the diversion assembly are arranged in an asymmetric manner. The piezoelectric assembly generates electricity through deformation of piezoelectric patches. The diversion assembly generates torque required for rotation through asymmetric hole plates of different hole densities. When passing through cylinder attached columns on the end portions of the piezoelectric patches, seawater can induce the piezoelectric patches to vibrate so that the piezoelectric patches can unceasingly deform and generate continuous current. Moreover, the detouring flow boundary layer on the surface of a marine riser is damaged by rotating diversion plates and the piezoelectric patches, formation of detouring flow vortex is influenced, and suppression of vibration is achieved.
