A mapping method for heterogeneous grid interface data comprises following steps: (1) according to the transmission direction of heterogeneous grid interface data, the grid area where field data in the interface is to be updated is defined as a target area, the grid area which provides data in the interface is defined as a source area; (2) searching for assigned nodes in the target area, wherein the assigned nodes are target nodes or all nodes in the source area or unit information corresponding to units and labeling the searched nodes or units; (3) establishing the mapping relationship between nodes or units in the target area and the corresponding nodes or units in the source area; (4) mapping all the nodes or units in the target area with the corresponding nodes or units in the source area; (5) determining whether or not the established relationships are unique, if the relationships are unique, then directly turning to steps (6), or else, selecting the mapping relationship having the shortest normal distance as the final mapping relationship, and turning to step (6); (6) performing interpolation on each node or unit in the target area according to a preset interpolation method.
