Embodiments of the invention provide a data storage method and apparatus. The method comprises the steps of calling a preset reading plug-in and reading data from a source database; calling a preset writing plug-in and loading a preset routing rule; calculating a target database and a target table for the data according to the routing rule in one or more preset databases and one or more preset tables; and writing the data in the target table of the target database.
