The invention discloses a universal bucket conveyor which comprises a shell in which bucket conveying rails are arranged, the bucket conveying rails being provided with horizontal constraint slideways and vertical constraint slideways; and universal chains which are movably arranged in the bucket conveying rails, wherein the universal chains comprise at least three connection components and chain plate assemblies connected between adjacent connection components; the connection components comprise crossed connectors; the crossed connectors are provided with horizontally directional extending parts and vertically directional extending parts; the horizontally directional extending parts are constrained in the vertical constraint slideways and can slide in the vertical constraint slideways; and the vertically directional extending parts are constrained in the horizontal constraint slideways and can slide in the horizontal constraint slideways. The universal bucket conveyor can realize conveying of a material at any position in a spatial range and supply convenience of conveying.
