Problems solved by technology

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem that the effective active ingredient content of Dendrobium candidum is reduced after drying, and provide a vacuum freeze-drying processing method of Dendrobium candidum. Using this method, the dried Dendrobium candidum can maintain the original physiological activity to the greatest extent. The various natural functional ingredients contained in it are protected to the greatest extent during the drying process, and the sensory indicators are good and can be stored for a long time

Embodiment 1

[0017] (1) Wash and drain the freshly harvested Dendrobium candidum, cut into 3cm long sections, and set aside;

[0018] (2) Pre-freeze the drained Dendrobium officinale below -35°C, the time from room temperature to -35°C is 2 hours, when the temperature drops to -35°C, keep the temperature at this temperature for 3 hours;

[0019] (3) To sublimate and dry the Dendrobium candidum obtained in step (2), first vacuumize to a vacuum degree of 30Pa, and heat it to 35°C at a constant speed. During heating and drying, the temperature of the heating plate in the vacuum freeze-drying system equipment changes as follows: The temperature is 20°C, after 1 hour, the temperature of the heating plate rises to 35°C, and then the temperature is kept constant for 7 hours;

[0020] (4) Evaporate the remaining water of Dendrobium candidum obtained in step (3), raise the temperature to 46°C, vacuum degree 20Pa, and heat up for 3 hours. When the temperature reaches 46°C, the drying ends after 7 ho...

Abstract

The invention discloses a vacuum freeze-drying processing method of dendrobium officinale, comprising the following steps of: (1) washing and draining fresh steam sections of dendrobium officinale and cutting into segments; (2) arranging the drained dendrobium officinale in a freeze-drying device for pre-freezing and constant-temperature freezing at 30 DEG C below zero to 35 DEG C below zero; (3) carrying out sublimation drying on the dendrobium officinale processed in the step (2); (4) heating the dendrobium officinale after the sublimation drying in the step for (3) for evaporating residual water; and (5) packing the condensed dendrobium officinale products with water content of 6-9% dried in the step (4) into clean and sanitary food-grade aluminum-foil bags, sealing to the dendrobium officinale products. The dendrobium officinale products processed by the method disclosed by the invention are rich in dendrobium officinale polysaccharide, and can be directly eaten or taken as ingredients for stewing soup to eat or making tea to drink. The dendrobium officinale products keep original state, taste and pharmacological effects of the dendrobium officinale, can be stored and transported at normal temperature, and has more than five years of shelf life.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing method of dendrobium candidum, in particular to a vacuum freeze-drying processing method of dendrobium candidum. Background technique [0002] The precious and endangered medicinal material Dendrobium officinale ( Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo) have definite health care effects, which are recorded in Daozang, Shennong’s Materia Medica, Compendium of Materia Medica, Modern Chinese Medicine Dictionary, and the 2010 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. The Taoist classic "Tao Zang" in the first year of Tang Kai included nine Chinese immortal grasses (Dendrobium officinale, Tianshan snow lotus, Sanliang ginseng, 120-year-old Polygonum multiflorum, Poria cocos of the sixtieth year, Cistanche deserticola, Ganoderma lucidum, sea pearl, and Cordyceps sinensis). Dendrobium officinale has a remarkable effect of nourishing yin and tonifying deficiency, and is listed as the first of the "Nin...
