In the optimization model building step, the objective function of the optimization model is maximization of the instantaneous performance coefficient; and during the model solution step, the outlet fluid temperature of the cold and heat storage device is measured, the optimization model is solved by means of the genetic algorithm, and the optimal instantaneous performance coefficient and the optimal control parameters are obtained; and in the optimization control step, the heat pump energy storage system is controlled with the optimal control parameters.
