The hatching method comprises the steps that A, hatching egg selecting is conducted, wherein cocks and hens are polycultured for mating according to the ratio of 1:(16-18); B, hatching egg collecting is conductd, wherein hatching eggs are preserved for 1-7 days under the conditions that the temperature ranges from 16 DEG C to 24 DEG C and the relative humidity ranges from 70% to 80%, and the hatching eggs are screened and subjected to pretreatment before hatching; C, hatching is conducted for 19-23 days in an incubator which is at the temperature of 37.1 DEG C to 38.5 DEG C and at the relative humidity of 45%-55%, and it is guaranteed that illumination is conducted for 12-18 h every day.
