The coal mine anti-explosion traveling bogie comprises a water inlet device, a travelling drive device, a stirring pot, a bottom plate and supporting wheels. A feeding inlet is formed in the upper portion of the stirring pot, and a discharging outlet is formed in the lower portion of the stirring pot. The coal mine anti-explosion traveling bogie further comprises a feeding mechanism and a discharging mechanism. The feeding mechanism comprises a feeding funnel and a tilted support. Rotating wheels at the top of the feeding funnel are arranged in sliding rails of the tilted support, and the tilted support and a rotating support are connected in a hinged mode. The rotating support is matched with the feeding inlet in the upper portion of the stirring pot.
