Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting naringin, synephrine and pectin from young shaddock fruits. The method comprises the following steps: performing extraction on steamed young shaddock fruits for one time or a plurality of times with water, and combining extracting solution and collecting residues; adding water-soluble halogenated inorganic salt into the extracting solution to separate out naringin crystals; filtering and collecting filtrate and the naringin crystals, wherein the adding amount of the halogenated salt is 10 weight percent to 30 weight percent of the young shaddock fruits; carrying out concentration, drying and halide salt removal on the filtrate obtained by salt separation to obtain a synephrine crude product; dissolving the residues obtained by extracting into water and adjusting the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) to be 1 to 2; heating and carrying out acidolysis; decomposing starch and carrying out enzyme deactivation, de-coloring, pectin gelling, filtering and concentration to obtain the pectin.
