The device comprises an echo-free shielded box, an upper computer, a synchronous control module, a receiving branch circuit, a channel selector switch, a signal processing module, an emission branch circuit, a power source module and a local oscillator signal generator; the upper computer is used for fulfilling a parameter setting function, a projectile object crossing model establishing function and a body object echo signal waveform generation function; the receiving branch circuit is used for subjecting fuze emission signals to down conversion processing operation and obtaining digital signals by sampling intermediate frequency signals, and the digital signals are distributed to digital signal channels which correspond to scattering points in terms of quantity; the intermediate frequency signals in each digital signal channel are subjected to numerical control delay operation, Doppler frequency shift operation and amplitude attenuation operation according to all scattering point object characteristics; intermediate frequency signals in each channel are subjected to power synthesizing operation and up-conversion operation before being radiated outward via transmitting antennas.
