The method comprises the following steps that (1) a nonlinear programming model is established; (2) the model is optimized; and (3) a nonlinear programming primal-dual interior point method is used for solution. The method has the advantages that under the constraint that safe, stable, economical and high-efficiency operation of the power grid is ensured, the maximal installed capacity, that can be absorbed by the power distribution network, of distributed photovoltaic power generation is solved, factors that limits distributed photovoltaic power generation in the power distribution network are considered comprehensively, the absorption capability for distributed new energy of the power distribution network is analyzed, and the method has great significance in guiding ordered distributed photovoltaic access.
