Abstract

A full-open type double-body contra-rotating underwater propulsion system comprises a front propulsion motor and a rear propulsion motor. The two motors share one shell; and the shell is integrally cast and molded together with an aircraft housing through a supporting beam at the front end. Glass fiber reinforced plastic sleeves form a closed space together with two side end covers of the motors; stators of the two motors are sealed in the closed space; the interior of the closed space is poured and filled by epoxy. Rotor yokes, propellers and hubs of the motors are integrated structures. The propellers are positioned between the rotor yokes and the hubs; bearings are embedded in the hubs; magnetic steels are pasted on the surfaces of the rotors yokes; air gaps are formed between the magnetic steels and the glass fiber reinforced plastic sleeves; and water flows through the air gaps. The bearings of the two motors share one motor shaft; and the motor shaft is fixed at the tail part of an aircraft. The bearings of the two motors sleeve the motor shaft in sequence on the front and back. The front motor and the rear motor drive their propellers to rotate in reverse directions and mutually generate backward propulsion forces to drive the aircraft to advance; and meanwhile, rotation moments of the two motors offset each other to ensure stable posture of the aircraft.
