The above-ground part is located at a soil stacking site (1) above the original ground. The multi-water-type real-time monitoring device for the mine soil dump site comprises a first measuring well (2) and a second measuring well (3), wherein, the first measuring well (2) is made by connecting multiple self-sealing sleeve pipes (11) in a top-to-bottom mode.
