The multifrequency microwave detecting system comprises a microprocessor circuit, a wide-band power amplifier, a wide-band high-frequency power divider, an amplitude and phase discriminating device, a signal amplifier, a communication circuit and a voltage-controlled oscillator, wherein the microprocessor circuit outputs a voltage control signal; the voltage-controlled oscillator is controlled to output a variable frequency signal with the frequency of 300MHz to 2.4GHz; after the variable frequency signal passes through the wide-band power amplifier and the wide-band high-frequency power divider, one path is outputted to an antenna, and the other path is outputted to the wide-band amplitude and phase discriminating device; a signal returned from the antenna is also transmitted to the wide-band amplitude and phase discriminating device for comparing; after a signal outputted by the amplitude and phase discriminating device is transmitted to the microprocessor circuit for sampling and processing, obtained data are transmitted to a communication circuit; due to the adoption of the multifrequency microwave detecting system for the moisture content, interval time can be set from 1ms to 1s; the attenuation of mineralization degree to a high-frequency signal is lower than that of the mineralization degree to a low-frequency signal, so that the influence of the mineralization degree is eliminated by measuring different frequencies.
