Abstract

The invention discloses a portable startle reflex device and an operation method thereof. The device includes a startle-reflex control device, a data acquisition device, a computer and a data processing module, wherein the startle-reflex control device is used for providing startle data for a testee, the testee wears the data acquisition devicefor collecting electro-oculogram signals on the forehead, the startle-reflex control device isconnected with the computer in an integrated mode, the data acquisition device is wirelessly connected with the computer, and the data processing module is arranged in the computer and used for analyzing the collected electro-oculogram signals and evaluates change features of the startle reflex of the testee who is under a state of emotional arousal. By the testee wearing a startle-reflext data acquisition device, theportable startle reflex device sends the measured electro-oculogram signals to the computer and can provide testees with startle test data by the computer and process the electro-oculogram signals. Meanwhile, emotion states, induced by basic emotional stimulation and drug-related clues, of addicts are measured, and the portable startle reflex device helps to predict the relapse possibilities of the addicts after withdrawal.
