Abstract

The invention discloses a mouse blood sampling device. By the aid of the mouse blood sampling device, the problems of blood coagulation of tails and insufficient blood sampling due to discontinuity of a tail cutting step and a blood collecting step in an existing mouse blood sampling procedure can be solved. The mouse blood sampling device comprises a mouse constraining assembly, a tail cutter and a blood collector. The mouse constraining assembly is used for fixing the four limbs of a mouse; the tail cutter is used for cutting off the tail tip of the mouse; the blood collector is used for providing vacuum environments and accommodating blood which drops form tail cutting wound surfaces of the mouse.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of mouse experiments, in particular to a mouse blood collection device. Background technique [0002] Because the gene sequence of mice is similar to that of humans, some medical research and clinical experiments are done by mice. Throughout the course of the experiment, it is often necessary to take multiple blood samples from the mice. Now the more commonly used method of blood collection is the tail-docking blood collection method. On the one hand, it is easy to operate; on the other hand, it can ensure that the mice still survive after blood collection. [0003] The tail-docking blood collection method usually includes four steps: fixing the mouse, heating the tail (light or hot water bath), docking the tail and collecting blood. Excessive blood loss in mice), often after the tail of the mouse is docked, it is put into a vacuum negative pressure environment for blood collection. Thus, due to the time ...
