Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and device for manually teaching a robot. The method comprises the following steps that a teaching mode is started; the robot moves to a target position along the preset trajectory according to a hand driving instruction of a teaching person; the pulse number of encoders on all joints in the movement process and all built-in parameters when the robot is in the target position are recorded as learning data; and the movement process during teaching is repeated according to the recorded learning data. According to the scheme, the robot can record the teaching trajectory that the teaching person drives the robot with hands, and thus the robot moves according to the intention of the teaching person; and in addition, the robot can move according to the recorded teaching trajectory. The method is simple and easy to operate, programming is not needed, no requirement is put forward for the teaching person, and the using cost of the robot is greatly reduced.
