AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technology optimizes the production of Lactic Acid Bacterium (LAB) by culturing it under specific conditions such as temperature or pH levels. It also includes adding different chemical substances called sodium carbonate beforehand when producing certain types of microorganisms that are resistant against these factors. By doing this we aimed towards improving their ability to produce labeled probiotic strains without affecting them's natural environment.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relating to developing efficient ways to promote healthy fish populations while minimizing environmental impact associated with traditional chemical treatments like pesticides that harm wildlife.

Abstract

The invention discloses a high bacterial load lactic acid bacteria preparation as well as a preparation method and application thereof and relates to aquaculture. The high bacterial load lactic acid bacteria preparation contains at least one of lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus acidophilus and the like, wherein the content of the lactobacillus plantarum accounts for 50-60% of the total bacteria count percentage; and the content of the lactobacillus acidophilus accounts for 40-50% of the total bacteria count percentage. The lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus acidophilus can be uniformly mixed according to a ratio; and at least one of vitamin C, fructo-oligose, mannitol and the like is added to serve as a protective agent after mixing. When the existence form of the high bacterial load lactic acid bacteria preparation is a mixture of microbial powder and solid auxiliary materials, the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the fermentation liquor of lactobacillus plantarum and lactobacillus acidophilus, adding an additive, concentrating, performing freeze-drying, adding the solid auxiliary materials, and preparing tablets, powder and the like. The high bacterial load lactic acid bacteria preparation can be applied to preparation of agents for preventing and treating shrimp diseases, shrimp growth promoters, feed additives, water purification agents and the like.
