Abstract

The invention provides a thermal fatigue testing method which comprises the following steps: performing pre-testing, namely, selecting and preparing testing equipment, according to the properties of a pulse laser generator, selecting different parameters to form working modes which can meet thermal fatigue testing purposes, and recording temperature variation parameters of a test sample in the testing process in each working mode; performing thermal fatigue testing, namely, selecting testing equipment same as that of the pre-testing, selecting a corresponding working mode as working parameters of a current pulse laser generator according to a testing purpose, controlling the testing equipment to test an actual sample by a control unit, and terminating the thermal fatigue testing till cracks of provided lengths are generated on the surface of the actual sample; cleaning and analyzing the actual sample, and evaluating the thermal fatigue properties of the actual sample. By adopting the thermal fatigue testing method, the heating characteristics of pulse laser can be effectively utilized, reasonable parameter combination can be implemented by adjusting the parameters, and different circulation load modes in actual working situations can be achieved under laboratory conditions.
