Abstract

The board-card interconnection structure comprises a rigid backboard and a plurality of mainboards and further comprises an elastic backboard arranged on the surface of the rigid backboard, and each mainboard is in signal connection with the elastic backboard through a data connector to realize data transmission among the mainboards. Through signal connection between the elastic backboard and the mainboards, dielectric constant and loss angle of the elastic backboard are lower than those of the rigid backboard, so that dielectric loss is lowered to certain extent when signals are transmitted on the elastic backboard, and signal attenuation during board-card interconnection can be lowered effectively.
