The invention provides a new energy delivery system and a direct-current rectification side control parameter adjusting method. The system comprises a new energy sending circuit, a VSC (voltage source converter), an LCC (line commutated converter), a thermal power unit and a loading center, wherein the new energy sending circuit and the thermal power unit are in grid connection with the LCC; the VSC is connected between a far end of the new energy sending circuit and the LCC; the LCC is connected with the loading center. As for a new energy and thermal power bundled direct-current delivery system, new energy is connected to an alternating current bus of the LCC through inversion by a VSC inverter to provide the alternating current bus with local reactive power compensation after being collected by the aid of direct current, and influences on stable operation of the thermal power unit are reduced. On one hand, existing direct-current long-distance delivery lines of a thermal power base are sufficiently utilized, on the other hand, fluctuant new energy output is taken as support for conventional direct-current delivery by use of the flexibility of a flexible direct-current power transmission system VSC.
