The data layer mainly provides data support for knowledge base construction, and the databases used by the system comprise a full-text database and a distributed database; the service layer provides core service support for the upper layer applications of the system, a query engine providesan access function to the data layer for the core service, and the query engine connects with the data layer through a corresponding interface so as to shield a specific database form to the upper core service; the application layer provides the technical support for daily business operations of the user, and the daily operations comprises conditional queries, custom queries, log queries, permission management, and intelligent search; and the display layer provides all associated information that is accessed to the base and is based on keyword word segmentation for query results of the user, and displays the information by using a clear and simple list.
