specific Embodiment approach

[0018] The specific embodiment of the present invention: an efficient method for trapping rat women, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

[0019] 1) Bait preparation: Dry the wheat bran in a drying box at a temperature of 60°C, then add beer according to the mass percentage 1:1, and mix well;

[0020] 2) Place 2 / 3 volume of bait in the plastic cup;

[0021] 3) Buried the plastic cup at a depth of 15cm from the soil surface, the cup mouth is level with the ground surface, and the distance between two adjacent plastic cups is 10-50 meters;

[0022] 4) Regularly check and collect the number of rat women trapped in the cup every day;

[0023] 5) Destroy trapped ratwomen in a concentrated way.

[0024] The bait needs to be replaced after 5-10 days of continuous trapping.

[0025] Wheat bran: commercial common wheat bran; beer: commercial common snowflake beer.

[0026] Plastic cup: diameter 7.5cm, height 8.5cm.

[0027] The invention adopts beer mixed with wheat bran, adopts ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for efficiently trapping armadillidiam vulgare. Bait is prepared according to the following steps: drying wheat bran, adding beer at a weight percent of 1:1 and then uniformly stirring; selecting 7.5*8.5cm plastic cups and putting into the ground; placing 2 / 3 of the size of wheat bran into the plastic cups; embedding the plastic cups into the positions being 15cm away from the soil surface on the selected site and leveling cup openings with the ground; keeping an interval between the two adjacent cups at 10-50 meters; regularly checking and collecting the quantity of the armadillidiam vulgare lured in the cups every day; and centrally killing the lured armadillidiam vulgare. On the basis of the life habits and damage characteristics of the armadillidiam vulgare, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of simpleness, high efficiency and capability of saving manpower and material resources. The method can be widely used for preventing and controlling the armadillidiam vulgare.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of microorganisms, in particular to a method for efficiently trapping rat women. Background technique [0002] Armadilidium vulgare (Latreille) belongs to the Crustacea, Isopoda, and Porcellidae of the Arthropod phylum Crustacea, Isopoda, and Porcellidae, commonly known as woodlouses and watermelon bugs. They are the only crustaceans that are fully adapted to life on land animal(). [0003] The feeding habits of rat women can harm fruits, vegetables, edible fungi, flowers, panax notoginseng, etc., and eat their young rhizomes (Xu Ruilin et al., 1988; Zhang Hanming et al., 2008; Yuan Guoming, 2011; Zhu Fuchun, 2013). It has been an important pest in the seedbed of Panax notoginseng, which seriously affects the production of Panax notoginseng (Li Zhongyi, Chen Zhongjian, 2000; Qin Nong, 2010; Yang Jianzhong et al., 2008; Shu Bin, Han Chunmei, 2011; Dong Chenghui et al., 2015). [0004] However, currently, it ...
