Embodiment Construction

[0021] In order to confirm that trans-Caryophyllales can be used to lure the green Lygus stigmata, the applicant has done the following experiments.

[0022] use figure 1 The H-type olfactometer shown measures the behavioral response of Lygus nymphs to trans-Caryophyllale.

[0023] The two straight arms of the H-shaped tube are 16 cm long and have an inner diameter of 3 cm. Each of the two straight arms has an opening with an inner diameter of 3 cm at 4.5 cm from the bottom, and the side opening is connected to the cross arm of the H-shaped tube. Cross arm length 18cm, internal diameter 3cm, there is an internal diameter in the middle of cross arm is 3cm, the cylindrical opening of height 1cm, and this is to catch worm mouth. The openings at both ends are respectively connected with the two straight arms.

Abstract

The invention relates to application of trans-caryophyllene to a cyrtorhinus lividipennis attractant. The trans-caryophyllene is prepared into a mother solution through absolute ethyl alcohol; after being dissolved, paraffin oil or n-hexane is used for fields and a solution with the concentration is 10ppm to 10000ppm is used as the cyrtorhinus lividipennis attractant. Behavioral responses of adults of both sexes are determined through a Y-type olfactometer; when the concentration is 50ppm, the attraction rate on male insects reaches 36.67 percent; behavioral responses of young cyrtorhinus lividipennis are determined through an H-type olfactometer; when the concentration is 50ppm, the attraction rate reaches 48.65 percent. In a net house experiment determines, when the concentration is 500ppm, the attraction rate reaches 65.84 percent. In a field experiment, when the concentration is 10000ppm, the attraction rate on the young cyrtorhinus lividipennis reaches 37.16 percent and the attraction rate on adult cyrtorhinus lividipennis reaches 20.74 percent. The application provided by the invention determines that the trans-caryophyllene can be applied to the fields to attraction of the cyrtorhinus lividipennis, can be used for enhancing regulation and control on natural enemies and controlling insect density of rice insect pests and can also be used for regulating behaviors of each insect state indoors.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of trans-caryophyllale as an attractant for the green stink bug. Background technique [0002] Lygus black-shouldered is an important natural enemy insect in the rice field. It mainly feeds on planthoppers and leafhoppers. Feeds on 7.5-10.2 brown planthoppers (Reyes, 1975). Some studies have reported that in plots with higher density of planthoppers, Lygus spp. exhibited an aggregation response, but its predation rate on brown planthoppers had nothing to do with the density of planthoppers. , 20:1, stinkbugs can control planthopper population density without chemical pesticides (Tanangsnakool, 1975). Lygus black-shouldered is sensitive to chemical pesticides, and chemical pesticides such as pymetrozine affect its foraging ability and control of rice pests (Zhang et al., 2015). And for the time being, no safe chemical pesticides and application methods have been found for the green Lygus black-shouldered bug. ...
