Abstract

The invention relates to new application of a medicine, in particular to application of Fasudil hydrochloride in assisted therapy on hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy of infants. Proved by clinical and trial study, the new application has the advantages that while an infant patient with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is subjected to conventional therapy, the Fasudil hydrochloride is applied to perform assisted therapy; the abnormality of the central nervous system of the infant patient with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy is obviously relieved; the intelligence development of the patient is effectively promoted, and the generation rates of epilepsy, amentia and development delaying of the patient are obviously decreased.
