Abstract

The invention discloses a molecule identification method for cashmere fabric. The molecule identification method comprises steps as follows: mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA) is extracted from the cashmere fabric; PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification of a cytB gene is performed; an amplification product is subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis, the result is observed, and if a dark strip occurs, the cashmere fabric is identified to contain cashmere. The cashmere fabric comprises pure cashmere fabric and non-pure cashmere fabric, and the non-pure cashmere fabric comprises fabric containing part of cashmere and fabric containing no cashmere. Preferably, a Biomega kit method is used for extracting mtDNA from the cashmere fabric. MtDNA is extracted from pure cashmere and cashmere fabric with different methods, PCR amplification is performed according to a designed specific primer of the cytB gene, then agarose gel electrophoresis is performed, and cashmere molecules can be identified quantitatively.
