Abstract

The invention relates to an up converter based on a spin oscillator for a mobile communication system. The up converter comprises a multiplier which is equipped with a first input end, a second input end and an output end, wherein the first input end is used for receiving external signal input; the spin oscillator which is connected with the second input end of the multiplier; and a first highpass filter which is connected with the output end of the multiplier, wherein the spin oscillator comprises a multilayer membrane structure which comprises a spin injection layer and a magnetic procession layer arranged on the spin injection layer. The spin injection layer generates spin polarization current output when receiving non-spin polarization current input. The magnetic procession layer is formed by a magnetic conductive material and receives the spin polarization current from the spin injection layer. In response to the spin polarization current, a magnetic torque of the magnetic procession layer generates precession, thereby generating an oscillation signal.
