Abstract

The present invention discloses a database load trend monitoring method. The method comprises: Step S1: periodically collecting database performance data by configuring a timing task, and establishing a resource baseline; Step S2: filtering the collected database performance data, and monitoring a year-on-year trend and a month-on-month trend for each resource usage; Step S3: pushing the resources that are not in the baseline library to the baseline library correction, dynamically generating the baseline by using the system, and re-storing the baseline back to the baseline library; and Step S4: for the resources with the established baseline, comparing the collected performance data with the baseline, if the performance change does not exceed the specified threshold, collecting a baseline corrector for baseline correction, and otherwise, if the performance change exceeds the specified threshold, issuing a performance warning for the resource usage. According to the method disclosed by the present invention, the warning can be automatically issued for the database performance in advance, the probability of occurrence of failure can be reduced, and requirements of standardization and platform management monitoring for mass machines can be satisfied.
