The method comprises: for each service, recording an expression for the standard time series representing the service in a database wherein the standard time series representing the service comprises a plurality of sequentially arranged events and time series operators connected among the events to represent the relationships of the events, each event is defined by event parameters and the event parameters comprise at least the time and data; in the service executing process, acquiring the data in real time; generating the expression representing the actually executed time series; automatically comparing by a calculating device the expression representing the actually executed time series with the expression for the standard time series recorded in the database; and when the two expressions are not consistent, positioning the events in the expressions that lead to the inconsistency and making a corresponding alarm. The method and the system of the invention are used to guide and create an information system to support the service operations and can compare the industrial standard service process with the actually executed service process so as to realize the automatic quality control.
