The sea water desalting device provided by the invention is characterized by comprising a solar capillary driving evaporator, a gas compressor and a fresh water collector, wherein the solar capillary driving evaporator comprises a shell, a solar capillary evaporation core positioned in the shell and a heat exchange tube; the solar capillary evaporation core is arranged in the middle of the shell; the heat exchange tube is embedded in the solar capillary evaporation core; the shell is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity by the solar capillary evaporation core; the lower cavity serves as a sea water compensation chamber to store the supplemented to-be-evaporated sea water, and the evaporated concentrated salt water is discharged by a salt water discharge pipeline; the upper cavity serves as a vapor chamber to collect primary vapor; the gas compressor is connected with a wind machine through a connecting rod and is connected with the vapor chamber through a primary vapor pipeline; an exhaust port is connected with the gas inlet end of the heat exchange tube through a secondary vapor pipeline; and the fresh water collector is connected with a water discharge port of the heat exchange tube.
