According to the invention, with combination of the practical situation of an island and characteristics of island structures, a method for calculating an island structure stock is constructed based on a high-resolution stereo image pair satellite image and a material inventory database, so that large-scale, rapid, and high-precision island artificial structure material stock calculation can be realized.
